Food Leads empowers our community to build nourishing relationships with food to reduce racial and socioeconomic health disparities that contribute to chronic disease. We do this through our diabetic-friendly meal kit service, nutrition education programs, and our cafe, Near East Cafe that offers healthy options to a community with low food access.
